At Thorxianstryxell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your graphic kit purchases. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our digital products.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under New Zealand law. The Consumer Guarantees Act gives you rights when goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.

Digital Product Nature

All graphic kits, stickers, patterns, and design collections sold on thorxianstryxell.world are digital products delivered via download links. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific guidelines for refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Valid Refund Reasons

  • The graphic kit does not match the product description
  • Files are corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You experienced technical issues preventing download
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product
  • The product is missing advertised components

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after successful download (does not apply where goods fail Consumer Guarantees Act guarantees)
  • Incompatibility with software not listed in product requirements
  • Lack of design skills to use the assets
  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period (our voluntary policy; statutory remedies may still apply for faulty goods)
  • Products purchased during promotional sales, where the product is of acceptable quality and matches description

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a graphic kit purchase:

  • Include your order number and date of purchase
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming our decision
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you wish to purchase a different graphic kit, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order.

Before requesting a refund due to technical issues, we encourage you to contact our support team. Many issues can be resolved with assistance, including:

  • Download link problems
  • File extraction difficulties
  • Software compatibility questions
  • Missing file guidance

Consumer Rights and Disputes

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Where goods fail to meet statutory guarantees (e.g. acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match description), you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the voluntary refund window above.

If you cannot resolve a dispute with us, you may seek guidance from Consumer Protection NZ (consumerprotection.govt.nz) or the Commerce Commission (comcom.govt.nz). For smaller disputes, the Disputes Tribunal may also be an option.
